Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.
  • Organize training and development programs for employee growth.
  • Implement policies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain HR records and performance management systems.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Performance Management & Organizational Growth.
  • Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems.
  • Identify workforce development needs and succession planning.
  • Drive HR initiatives to support business objectives.

Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR software, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-security environment.
