Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements.

- Organize training and development programs for employee growth.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain HR records and performance management systems.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

- Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems.
- Identify workforce development needs and succession planning.
- Drive HR initiatives to support business objectives.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR software, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-security environment.
